We believe the Supreme Being of the universe is YHWH. He is The Almighty, The Creator and The Sustainer of the heavens, the earth, and all things therein.

Yahshua
We believe Yahshua is the only begotten Son of YHWH (the Father), upon coming to the earth in the form of a man He was conceived of the Ruach HaKodesh(Holy Spirit) and born to the virgin Miriam. He is the Mashiyach, sent from the Father to be our Savior and Redeemer. Before His earthly ministry, He existed eternally with YHWH. He is the Co-Creator of the heavens, the earth, and all things therein. He is throughout the “Old Testament”, according to                      I Corinthians 10:4. He now sits at the right hand of the Father, He is our High Priest, He is our mediator, He is interceding for us daily. He will return soon to the earth and no longer serve as High Priest, but reign as King of the whole earth for a thousand years in the New Jerusalem.

The Sacred Names of the Father and the Son
We believe the true Name of the Eternal Father is YHWH, which means eternal or I AM. The true Hebrew Name of the Son of the Kadosh Father is YAHSHUA, or Salvation of Yah. They have many names in different translations, but these are the true scriptural ones. They are to be used for respect and a closer relationship to the Father and the Son. The following scriptures were restored to the sacred names by research of the Hebrew text prior to the 1500's.
Isaiah 42:8 "I [am] YHWH: that [is] my name: and my splendor will I not give to another, neither My praise to graven images." establish it; YHWH [is] his name;"   Psalms 68:4 “…By His name YAH,And rejoice before Him.
Exodus 3:15 "And  YHWH said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, the ELOHIM of your fathers, the ELOHIM of Abraham, the ELOHIM of Isaac, and the ELOHIM of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this [is] my name for ever, and this [is] my memorial unto all generations." YAHSHUA CAME IN HIS FATHER'S NAME AND AUTHORITY. John 5:43 "I come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive." Philippians 2:9-10 "That at the name of Yahshua every knee should bow..." Acts 4:10-12 "Be it known unto you all, and to all people of Israel, that by the name of Yahshua Mashiyach of Nazareth, Whom ye crucified, whom YHWH raised from the dead, [even] by Him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at naught of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved."

The Ruach HaKodesh
We believe the Ruach HaKodesh (also called the Holy Spirit) is the Teacher, Guide, and Comforter whom Mashiyach promised to send in His Place. He is the extension of the living essence of the Father. The Ruach HaKodesh gives man the power and authority to live righteously before YHWH. YHWH and the Son give the Ruach HaKodesh to those who ask and obey Him.  By His Ruach, Father YHWH reveals Scriptural truth to men and gives men the authority to witness for Him. Evidence of the Ruach HaKodesh is manifested in our lives by our actions, words spoken, by fruit of the Spirit, and by keeping the commandments of YHWH.

Luke 11:9-13  The Father gives the Ruach HaKodesh to those who ask Him.
Acts 9:17 Be filled with the Spirit. John 16:7, 13 Comforter or Ruach HaKodesh also sent by Yahshua. John 14:16-17, 26 The Ruach HaKodesh is called the Spirit of Truth and The Comforter. Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22; 1 Corinthians 12:7-11 The Ruach HaKodesh gives authority to witness, produce fruit in lives, and administer gifts for the edification of the assembly. I John 3:24; Acts 5:32 The Ruach HaKodesh in-dwells those who keep Yah's commandments. Luke 1:35; Genesis 1:2 The Spirit is Yah's power to accomplish His will.

The Fall of Man
We believe man was created in the image and likeness of the Creator, placed here to see that YHWH’s will is done on earth as it is in the heavens, and have dominion over the earth and the living creatures in it. He disobeyed YHWH, bringing the curse of sorrow, hardship and death upon all mankind.

Genesis 1:26-27 Man was created in the image of YHWH (to have dominion). Genesis 3:1-6; 16-19 Adam and Eve were cursed because of their disobedience. I Corinthians 15:22; Romans 5:12 Because of sin, death came upon all men. Joshua 24:15; Proverbs 1:19; Isaiah 7:15; Deuteronomy 30:19 Man has free will to do good or evil.

The Plan of Salvation
We believe the plan of salvation was provided by YHWH as the means by which man may escape the penalty of eternal death pronounced upon him. Yahshua was sent to earth to redeem man from the curse of sin. This was accomplished after Yahshua lived a sinless life, and gave His life sacrificially by shedding His blood on the stake of Calvary, and was resurrected, triumphant over death. Yahshua took our place in death and offered His perfect life as a substitute for our sinful lives. This gift of YHWH—which offers eternal life—is available to all who will accept it on YHWH's terms.

II Peter 3:9 YHWH is not willing that any should perish. John 3:16 YHWH gave His Son--whosoever believes in Him will not perish. John 10:1, 7, 9; Acts 4:10-12 Yahshua is the only door to salvation.
Romans 5:10-11 We receive atonement and are saved by Yahshua's life.
Hebrews 4:15; I Peter 2:24; II Corinthians 5:21; Romans 3:24-25; I John 2:2 Yahshua was sinless and became the propitiation for our sins through faith in His blood.
Acts 20:28 Yahshua purchased the Assembly of YHWH with His blood. (All in the true faith)
I Corinthians 15:13-23 Yahshua's resurrection gives assurance that the plan of salvation will be completed.
I Peter 1:18-19 We are redeemed with the blood of Yahshua.

Accepting Yahshua
We believe conversion is the process by which one is changed from his old, sinful life into a renewed person in Yahshua. An individual accepts Yahshua by exercising faith in YHWH and His plan of salvation through Yahshua; confessing and repenting of his sins; making restitution, where possible; and in obedience to YHWH, patterning his life after the example set by Yahshua. True conversion will show the fruit of the Spirit.

John 3:3-8; John 14:6, Romans 8:4-11, 15, 23 One must be born again to enter the Kingdom of YHWH. (The new birth has two phases, present and future.) II Corinthians 5:17 Any man in Mashiyach is a new creature. Hebrews 11:6 Whoever comes to YHWH must have faith. I John 1:9 If we confess our sins they will be forgiven. Matthew 5:23-24 Before bringing a gift to the altar, be reconciled to your brother. Luke 24:47 Repentance is to be preached. Acts 2:38 Repentance and baptism prepare us to receive the Ruach HaKodesh. Philippians 2:5-8 We should have the mind of Yahshua, who was obedient unto death. I John 2:6; 1 Peter 2:21 Yahshua left us an example and we should walk in it. Romans 10:9 Confess the Mashiyach, Yahshua.

The Kodesh Scriptures   (The Bible)

We believe the Kodesh Scriptures is the divinely inspired Word of YHWH. We adhere to the Bible from Genesis to Revelations, and acknowledge the Torah (Genesis – Deuteronomy) as the foundation of the Scriptures.  No other writing is of such sacred origin. The Scriptures is infallible in teaching, and it contains the complete revelation of the plan of Salvation and the will of YHWH for man. YHWH's Word is eternal. Yahshua is the Word. We also refer to the books in the Apocrypha, as well as the books of Jasher, Enoch, and the book of Jubilees for historical perspectives.

II Peter 1:20; Romans 15:4 Men of Yah spoke as they were moved by the Ruach HaKodesh.
John 17:17 YHWH's Word is truth. Proverbs 30:6; Deuteronomy 12:32; Romans 3:4 Neither add nor diminish from Yah's Word. John 5:39 The Scriptures (Old Testament) testify of Yahshua, the means by which salvation comes to mankind.
II Timothy 3:15-17 Scriptures are given by the inspiration of YHWH and are able to make us wise unto salvation. (The New Testament was not yet catalogued at the time Paul gave this admonition.) Matthew 24:35 YHWH's Word will never pass away. Acts 28:23 “…persuading them concerning Yahshua from the Torah and the prophets…” Joshua 10:13 “…is this not written in the book of Jasher?” 2 Samuel 1:18 “…indeed it is written in the book of Jasher…”

Water Immersion
We believe the scriptures shows us that baptism is to be by immersion. It is an act of power and obedience and symbolizes the burial of our sinful nature and the rising of a new creature to walk in service and obedience to YHWH. It also represents the answer of a good conscience toward YHWH. With reasonable opportunity, one must be immersed under the name (Authority) of Yahshua HaMashiyach.
Matthew 3:16 Following His immersion, Yahshua walked up out of the water.
Acts 8:38-39 Philip and the eunuch both went into the water.
I Peter 3:21 Immersion is the answer to a good conscience toward YHWH.
Romans 6:4-5 Immersion is a type of burial and rising to walk in newness of life.
Acts 2:38 Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Yahshua Mashiyach for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Ruach HaKodesh.
Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 10:47 “Can any man forbid water…?

Baptism of the Ruach HaKodesh
We believe that there is a required baptism by water, but in addition to that, there is a baptism of the Ruach HaKodesh that is given by Yahshua at His own discretion. This baptism makes way for a deeper revelation and communication with the Father.
Matthew 3:11 "I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Ruach HaKodesh, and [with] fire:"
Mark 1:18 "I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Ruach HaKodesh."

Luke 3:16 "John answered, saying unto [them] all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Ruach HaKodesh and with fire:"
Acts 1:5 "For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Ruach HaKodesh not many days hence."

Gifts of the Ruach HaKodesh

We believe there are spiritual gifts/ callings/ offices that have been given to each and every person belonging to the body of Yahshua, for the benefit of us all.

1 Corinthians 12: 4-31 “There are diversities of gifts…” 1 Corinthians 14: 12 “… let it be for the edification of the assembly that you seek to excel.” Ephesians 4:7 “To each of us grace was given…” Hebrews 2:4 “…gifts of the Ruach HaKodesh, according to His own will.”

The Commandments, Statutes, Judgments and Laws of YHWH
We believe the Commandments constitute a major part of the basic laws of YHWH for the conduct of His people. His Statutes consist of the customs, manners and traditions His laws are to be followed. His Judgments consist of the rewards, penalties and guidelines to see that His laws are observed. To transgress His laws is to commit sin. By observing them, one expresses his love to YHWH and man.
They are unique in that some were written by the finger of the Almighty, Himself, and the others expressed from the mouth of the Almighty Himself. No part of this Institution has been revoked or done away with. And it is still to be observed. All commandments are law, but not all of the laws are commandments. The commandments are for everyone, however many of the laws are applicable based on location and gender.

Exodus 20:2-17 The Ten Commandments
Exodus 31:18; 32:15-16 They were written by the finger of YHWH.

Deut 4:13-14 And YHWH commanded me at that time to teach you statutes and judgments,
Deuteronomy 5:22 He added no more. (YHWH no longer spoke aloud so all the people could hear His voice.)
Deuteronomy 7:9 YHWH keeps covenant with those who love Him and keep His commandments, to 1000 generations.
John 14:15; I John 5:2-3 Keeping His commandments is evidence of our love for YHWH and our brethren.
Matthew 22:37-40 On the two commandments to love Yah and our neighbor hang all the law and the prophets.
James 2:10 Whoever offends in one point is guilty of all.
James 2:12 We should live as though we will be judged by the law of liberty.
1 John 2:3 We know Him if we keep His commandments.
1 John 3:4 Sin is the transgression of the law.
Romans 3:20 By the law is the knowledge of sin. Matthew 5:18 The law will stand as long as heaven and earth.
Proverbs 28:9 To ignore the law is to make our prayers an abomination.
Matthew 19:17 If you would be saved, keep my commandment.  1 Timothy 1: 8-10 “…the law is good if one uses it lawfully…”

The Sabbaths/Appointed Times
We believe the fourth commandment of the Decalogue instructs the people of YHWH to observe the Sabbath, the seventh day of the week, commonly called Saturday. It is to be regarded as Kodesh from sunset Friday until sunset Saturday. It was given as a memorial of creation, and it is to be used for worship and rest. Consistent with this, secular work is to be excluded on the Sabbath. The Sabbath is also a mark on His called out ones. [Exodus 31]
In addition to weekly Sabbaths, annual Sabbaths, Appointed times, Feast Days, and New Moons should be observed. Also, every seventh year, from the Day of Atonement, is a land Sabbath, of land rest.

Note: The Biblical formula for determining YHWH’s Appointed times is based on Genesis 1:14-18 - we look for the first moon of the year (Exodus 12:2, Deuteronomy 16:1) which is determined by the first visible new moon in Jerusalem on or after the Tekufah (Strong’s # 8622) or circuit of the earth around the sun (Spring equinox). Every new month for the rest of the year is also determined by the sighting of the new moon in Jerusalem. This is the way it was observed by Moses, Israel as a nation, Yahshua, and His apostles.

Acts 18:4, 11 Paul observed the Sabbath for eighteen months at Corinth.

Isaiah 56:2; 58:13-14 Sabbath is Kodesh.

Leviticus 25:1-7 Land Sabbath to be observed.

Matthew 24:20 Sabbath kept after Yahshua's ascension.

Isaiah 66:23 The Sabbath will be recognized in the new earth after Yahshua's return.

Annual Sabbaths (Appointed times, Feast Days)
Leviticus 23:1-44 All feast days listed and commanded to be kept forever as “feasts of YHWH”

Exodus 23:14-17 Feast days were a part of the covenant before the ceremonial laws were given.

Jeremiah7:22-23; Galatians 3:19 Sacrificial law was added after the laws of obedience, because of transgression of the laws of obedience. Zechariah 14:16 “…go up from year to year to worship the King, Sovereign of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. Amos 8:5 “…when will the new moon be gone…” Ezekiel 46:1-3 “…in the day of the New Moon it shall be opened.”

The Memorial Supper

On the 13th night of the first month called Abib, the night before the Passover, We hold a Memorial Supper in honor of the last meal Yahshua had with his disciples before He was betrayed and taken into custody. We eat unleavened bread and drink the fruit of the vine as symbols of our Savior's Body and Blood, which He offered as a payment and sacrifice for sin. In partaking of these emblems, we commemorate the Mashiyach’s death, proclaim our hope in His return, commune with one another as the body of the Mashiyach, and symbolize our continued commitment to the Savior as His betrothed until His return.

Matthew 26:26-29; Mark 14:22-25; Luke 22:19-20 Yahshua revealed Passover to symbolize the Renewed Covenant, which He ratified by His death.
1 Corinthians 5:6-8 Yahshua is our Passover.

1 Corinthians 10:16-17 The New Testament Passover is a communion or common sharing which unites the participants in fellowship with Yahshua, and so with one another.

Note: Beth-El observes the Passover as commanded in Exodus Chap 12 on the night the fourteenth is coming to an end, and the fifteenth is beginning. As commanded by YHWH in the Torah. We use grape juice as fruit of the vine.

Foot washing
We believe the ordinance of the washing of the feet was given by Yahshua as an example of humility, and it is practiced in connection with the observance of the Passover.
John 13:1-5 Yahshua instituted washing of feet.
John 13:6-12 Yahshua washed the disciples' feet.
John 13:13-17 Yahshua instructed that this act should be continued.
I Timothy 5:1-10 Foot washing was practiced in the early assembly.
Luke 14:11 Yahshua taught humility.
James 4:10 We are lifted up after we humble ourselves.

Prayer
We believe YHWH's people are to pray to the heavenly Father in the name of Yahshua, our only Mediator and High Priest, Who is at the right hand of YHWH the Father. Those who earnestly call upon Him will have their prayers answered in accordance with YHWH's will. There are many types of prayer. But, along with intercessory, requests, guidance and thanksgiving, we believe it is vital that the assembly needs to train in spiritual warfare prayer for victory.
I Timothy 2:8 Men should pray everywhere.
Luke 18:1 Men ought always to pray, and not to faint.
I Thessalonians 5:17  Pray without ceasing.
Philippians 4:6 Prayer may be used to express needs and appreciation.

James 4:7 Resist the Devil.                                                                                                                                                                            I Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight

Prayer for the Sick
We believe YHWH answers individual and collective prayers of faith offered in behalf of the sick. It is scriptural for the sick to call for the Elders of the Assembly to anoint them with oil and pray for their healing, if they are repentant!
James 5:14-15 Sick may call the Elders who will anoint with oil.

Psalm 103:3 YHWH heals all diseases.                                                                                                                                                     II Kings 20:1-6 Hezekiah's request for healing was granted.

Acts 28:8 Father of Publius was healed through prayer.

Matthew 6:5-8 Not to pray as hypocrites or with vain repetition. Acts 27:33-37 It is proper to pray before meals, even among unbelievers.

Spiritual Warfare
We believe that the adversary is real and, along with a host of fallen angels and demons, is out to deceive and destroy the Assembly of YHWH.  "We battle not against flesh and blood..." We understand Ephesians 6 and strive to put on the whole armor of YHWH and shine it up each day. We believe in prayer against demonic attacks: binding, casting out evil spirits, intercessory prayer, and using the scriptural authority given to the children of YHWH.
Matthew 18:18-19 Authority of two or more to bind demons and loose angels.
Psalm 91:11 We have ministering messengers to protect us.
Luke 9:1 and 10:17 Demons are made subject to us.
II Corinthians 10:4; Ephesians 6:10-18; and I Peter 5:6 11 We battle against the adversary and spirits, not against flesh and blood. The armor and weapons we use are spiritual from Ephesians 6.
Romans 5:9 We are justified and covered with the blood of Yahshua, for protection.
James 4:7 "...Resist the devil and he will flee from you." Matthew 10:1 Yahshua gave His disciples power over "unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of disease." I John 5:14-16 If we ask according to His will, He hears us. (We can intercede for our brethren.)

Worldliness
We believe the scriptures condemn worldliness, which includes "the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life" (I John 2:16). Therefore we must not conform to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of our minds so that we may know what is the will of YHWH for us. Our lives should be an example to both believers and non-believers.

Romans 12:2 We should not be conformed to the world.
Ephesians 4:23-24 We should be renewed in the spirit of our mind.
Romans 8:12-14 We should not live after the flesh.

Colossians 3:1-10 Seek those things which are above; mortify the members on the earth.                                                         I Corinthians 15:33 Bad company corrupts.

Dress Code

We believe that our brothers and sisters should dress in modesty, not revealing body parts through the shortness of clothing or the tightness of clothing that can be offensive, or cause a brother or sister to lust or have any unnecessary thoughts. Women’s skirts should not be above their knees, they should not be showing cleavage. Men should wear shirts that are below their hips. Yahshua taught that a man can commit adultery “with” a woman by his thoughts. We have a responsibility to each other. And are guilty of adultery as well if we dress in an immodest manner that will lead our brethren to sin by thoughts.

Matthew 5:28 But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Romans 14:21 It is good neither to eat meat nor drink wine nor do anything by which your brother stumbles or is offended or is made weak. Matt 18:6 Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin…

Acts 24:16 This being so, I myself always strive to have a conscience without offense toward Yah and men.

Phil 1:10 and that you may be untainted and pure and unerring and blameless [so that with hearts sincere and certain and unsullied, you may approach] the day of Mashiyach [not stumbling nor causing others to stumble].

1 Timothy 2:9 in like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel

Defiling Habits
We believe the bodies of YHWH's children are the temples of the Ruach HaKodesh. Therefore, Believers must guard against sensual lusts and filthiness. We must refrain from all practices and habits which are harmful and defile the body. Such as alcoholism, smoking, consumption of illegal drugs, fornication, adultery, and homosexuality.

I Corinthians 3:16-17; 6:19; II Corinthians 6:16 Our bodies are the temples of Yah.

I Corinthians 6:18-19 Flee fornication. Our bodies are the temples of the Kodesh Spirit.

II Corinthians 7:1 We must cleanse ourselves from filthiness of the flesh.                                                                                          I John 2:16 Lust is of the world, not of the Father.

James 1:14-15 Submitting to lust leads to death.

Galatians 5:19-21 Works of the flesh prevent inheritance of the Kingdom

Colossians 3:5-8 We are to mortify the deeds of the flesh.

Ephesians 5:18 Be not drunk with wine wherein is excess.

Titus 2:12 We must deny worldly lust.                                                                                                                                                        I Corinthians 9:27; Revelation 3:21 Over-comers will share in Yah's kingdom.

Dietary Laws
We believe the laws concerning clean food is to be observed today by believers, and respected as YHWH's will. It was given by Him for man's benefit, and to reflect our obedience.  Certain meats have been declared “food” for mankind and certain meats have not. It has not changed and will not change. We are also to abstain from meats that have not been killed and prepared properly, since we are to abstain as much as possible from the blood that is still in the meat.

Genesis 7:1-3 Noah knew which animals were clean and unclean.

Leviticus 11:2-47; Deuteronomy 14:3-20 Clean and unclean animals were designated.

Deuteronomy 6:24; 10:12-13 YHWH's laws are for our good always.

Acts 10:9-14; 28 Peter recognized the difference between clean and unclean animals.

Leviticus 7:26-27, Acts 15:20, 29 Abstaining from things strangled, and from blood.

Isaiah 66:15-17 When Yahshua returns to judge the nations, certain foods will still be an abomination.

Financial Stewardship [Tithing]
We believe the First and renewed Covenant, by principle and example, teaches that the work of the assembly is to be supported by the financial stewardship of its members. YHWH's work has always been supported by tithes and freewill offerings. Love will motivate each member to give freely and cheerfully without any need for begging or coercion by the ministry. The first 10% of our increase belongs to YHWH.

Genesis 14:18-20; Hebrews 7:1-6 Abraham gave a tithe to Melchizedek. (Melchizedek was not a Levite).

Genesis 28:20-22 Jacob agreed to return the tithe to acknowledge Yah's care for him.

Luke 11:42 The tithe is to be given in a spirit of love.  Matt 22:21 Give Yah the things that belong to Him.

I Corinthians 9:7-13; I Timothy 5:17-18 Paul speaks of a need to support the ministry.

I Corinthians 9:14 Paul identifies one means by which the ministry should be supported.

II Corinthians 9:6-7 YHWH loves and blesses those who give generously and cheerfully.

Pagan Days
We do not observe Sunday as a day of worship, Christmas, Easter, Lent, Halloween and other pagan days because they are not commanded by YHWH in the scriptures. To observe them is to cause intermixing and defiling of our worship to YHWH with unacceptable religions, a practice denounced by the Scriptures.

II Chronicles 21:11 The establishment of "high places" caused Jerusalem to commit fornication.

II Chronicles 28:4, 25 YHWH is angered when other gods are recognized.

Deuteronomy 12:29-32; Jeremiah 10:2 We should not learn the way of the heathen.

Jeremiah 10:1-5; Describes the pagan tradition of the Christmas tree.

Marriage and Divorce
We believe marriage was instituted by YHWH and was meant to last as long as both partners live. Those who divorce must have legal grounds such as “fornication”, as in Matthew 5:32. Although it is legal to be divorced, and remarried without breaking the law, it is not a good witness to the rest of the brethren.

Romans 7:1-3; 1 Corinthians 7:39 A woman is bound by the law to her husband as long as he lives.

Matthew 5:32; 19:9 Whoever puts away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causes her to commit adultery.

Mark 10:11-12; Luke 16:18 Whoever puts away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causes her to commit adultery.

Luke 20:28-36 None will be married in the resurrection.

Our Mission

We were chosen for one major reason and that is to bring the rest of the sons and daughters of Israel into the truth of YHWH, and to be a light to the rest of the world. As Moses taught Israel YHWH’s will after being free from Egypt. Our mission is to bring and exemplify a message of hope and love through Yahshua, through education, healing and wellness. While we strive to awaken the lost sheep of the House of Israel, we also are here to prepare mankind for the return of Yahshua HaMashiyach. The Israelites are not the only ones to gain salvation, but it was and is through the children of Israel that the world is to be taught the truth about the heavenly Father and His laws. This is our mission now, and in the future.
